What happens if I am absent during delivery?
Colissimo delivers your package to your home. In the event of absence, a notice is left and the package can be left with a neighbor, concierge or dropped off at a collection point where you have 8 to 10 days to collect it.
Customs and taxes
European Union and UK
Our prices are displayed all taxes included for orders to European Union countries and United Kingdom. No supplement will be payable.
Countries outside the European Union
For orders to countries outside the European Union, they are subject to any taxes and customs fees of the country of destination. Fees and formalities are therefore the responsibility of the customer who is responsible for paying any government taxes (we cannot guarantee that fees will be charged as they are carried out randomly by customs).
Do you ship your sneakers outside Europe?
In order to reduce air shipments and minimize our carbon footprint, we do not ship our products outside Europe.

In case of exchange, return is free.
Sneakers can be returned 14 days after receipt of your order.
Here are the conditions to respect to return your package to us:
- The sneakers must be in their original packaging (intact packaging)
- Sneakers must be in their original condition and have been tried on indoors only
- The return slip must be inside your return package.

Refunds are made within 7 days after receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse.

Which size to choose?
Our shoes are designed to suit all feet and we recommend that you choose your usual size. If you ever have any doubt about the size, do not hesitate to consult the guide available on each product sheet!
How long do your sneakers last?
Our materials are carefully selected so that you keep your sneakers as long as possible.
Before launch, each of our prototypes is tested by the CTCP (Footwear Technology Center in Portugal) in order to carry out flexibility and abrasion tests. In addition, our prototypes are tested in real conditions within our team and by certain members of the Zèta club.
The assembly of each pair is carried out by hand by our Portuguese artisans, and rigorous quality control is carried out at each end of production.
Are your shoes comfortable?
Comfort is often a feature overlooked by brands in shoe design.
At Zèta, we place aesthetics, ethics and comfort at the heart of each development of our products.
Thanks to their thick soles and their very soft lining, our shoes are real slippers (approved and recommended by osteopaths)!
No more blisters and leg pain: they will be your best ally for long walks in town or in the forest.
Are your models all unisex?
All our sneaker models are unisex. We offer sizes ranging from 35 to 48.
We adapt each of the models so that they can adapt to the morphology of the foot (width, instep, heel) and the insoles are removable to slip in your specific insoles if necessary.
We also offer a unisex children's range, ranging from 21 to 34. As with all of our adult models, we place comfort at the heart of this collection.
Here too, the mold is perfectly adapted to the morphology of a child's foot, to guarantee perfect comfort.
Are your products only available online?
No, we do not sell our sneakers only online.
- If you live in Bordeaux and surrounding areas, or are passing through the region, you can come see, try on and potentially buy a pair of Zèta directly from our store at 41 rue Saint-François.
- If you are not from here and you have not planned to stop by, you can find most of our models in around 50 points of sale spread across France and Europe, right here.
To become a reseller and distribute Zèta, this is where it happens .
How do I maintain my Zèta?
We recommend waterproofing your shoes to prevent stains and humidity.
Maintain your shoes with a sponge or soft cloth and soapy water.
Please note: it is not recommended to put your shoes in the washing machine.
To give them a boost of whiteness and shine, we recommend using clay cream, a natural cleaner that cleans shoes, or using our natural cleaning kit .

Life cycle analysis
In 2022, we decided to carry out a life cycle analysis of our products and contacted the independent third-party organization Bevivien to measure the carbon impact.
From the manufacturing of raw materials through the transport, delivery and assembly of the shoes to delivery to the end customer, a pair of Zèta emits 6kg CO2 eq, compared to 16kg CO2 eq a pair from a major sportswear brand .
Each of our raw materials comes from recycling or revalorization of waste, and is selected according to its distance from the final assembly workshop in order to reduce our carbon impact as much as possible.
Impact measurement
The impact of our products is evaluated by Clearfashion, an independent organization whose role is to inform consumers about brand commitments and the impact of clothing.
Always in the spirit of transparency with our customers, we have chosen to evaluate our products according to criteria for measuring their impact on the environment, humans, health and animals.
After long months of evaluation over the entire life cycle of our products and the reliability of our certifications, we are proud to have obtained the best score in the shoe category: 79/100 .
Do you have sales?
Our prices are set precisely all year round, according to the cost of raw materials and fair remuneration of our craftsmen.
However, you will be able to find certain end-of-collection or surplus stock products at very reasonable prices in our Archives category .
